Qzil.la, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") is engaged in the production and producing of anime commercials and in contracted production and producing for anime adaptations, and handles personal information in the course of that business. Recognizing the importance of protecting personal information, the Company establishes a personal information protection management system in order to maintain and administer it. We hereby declare that we pay sufficient attention to the handling of personal information, properly handle the personal information of our customers, business partners, and employees, and are a company that protects personal information. Below, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we publish and explain the purposes of use of personal information and other matters concerning the Company's handling of personal information.

1. The Company acquires, uses, and provides personal information within the scope necessary for its business activities. Personal information shall be used only within the scope of the purposes of use consented to by the individual, and the Company takes measures to prevent use beyond the scope of those purposes.
2. The Company complies with laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other norms.
3. The Company takes measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, etc. The Company also takes necessary corrective measures.
4. The Company establishes a personal information contact as set out below to handle complaints and consultations regarding its handling of personal information, and responds appropriately.
5. The Company builds and operates a management system for the protection of personal information, and continuously reviews and improves it.

Handling of Specific Personal Information, etc.

Among the personal information handled by the Company, the handling of specific personal information and individual numbers as prescribed in the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures" shall be governed by the separately established "Basic Policy on the Proper Handling of Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information."

Qzil.la, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") handles personal information obtained in connection with its business with the utmost care. We strive to obtain, use, and handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the terms below. For individual services or transactions, the Company shall separately specify the handling of personal information for each service or transaction.

1. Acquisition of Personal Information

1. The Company acquires personal information and personal-related information (hereinafter collectively "Personal Information, etc.") in one of the following ways:
   1. Directly from the individual (e.g., written or online form entry).
   2. Indirectly from the individual (e.g., information published in printed media or on the internet).
   3. From sites operated by the Company (e.g., automatic collection of site activity through tags placed on our sites).

Examples: postal code, email address, gender, occupation, hobbies, customer number, cookie data, IP address, device identifier, advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA), location data, browsing history, and purchase history on the internet.
When personal-related information, combined with other information, can readily identify a specific individual, the Company treats it as personal information.

2. Purpose of Use

The purposes of use of personal information we collect are as follows:

1. Concluding contracts with customers and business partners (including member registration on sites operated by us).
2. Processing requests from customers and business partners and fulfilling contractual matters.
3. Contacting customers and business partners.
4. Informing about exhibitions, seminars, products, and services of the Company and its group companies.
5. Developing, improving, and enhancing the quality of products and services of the Company and its group companies.
6. Sales, marketing, and promotional activities for products and services of the Company and its group companies.
7. Creating statistical data.
8. Analyzing browsing patterns to improve our site.

3. When We Receive Personal-Related Information from Third Parties and Combine It with Personal Information

The Company may combine personal-related information received from third parties with personal information that we hold. In such cases, details will be posted here for your confirmation.

4. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing of Handling

1. The Company provides Personal Information, etc. to third parties only when permitted by law (including cases where the Company obtains consent or takes other legally required procedures).
2. The Company may outsource the handling of Personal Information, etc. to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use in Section 2.    3. Requests for notification of purpose of use or disclosure of personal information or third-party provision records require a prescribed handling fee per request.

The Company strives to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date and takes the following necessary and appropriate security control measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, loss, or damage.

9. Response to Leakage and Other Incidents

In the event of a leakage of personal information, the Company will report to the supervisory authority in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related guidelines, and, following the instructions of said authority, will take necessary actions such as measures to prevent similar incidents and recurrence.

Basic Policy on the Proper Handling of Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information

1. Compliance with Relevant Laws and Guidelines

Qzil.la, Inc. (the "Company") complies with the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures" (the "My Number Act") and the "Guidelines on the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (Business Operators)", as well as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (the "Personal Information Protection Act") and the guidelines of the various ministries and agencies, with regard to the handling of individual numbers and specific personal information (the "Specific Personal Information, etc.").

The Company uses Specific Personal Information, etc. received for the following purposes:

1. Specific Personal Information of business partners

   • Preparation of payment records for remuneration, fees, contract money, and prize money

Upon receiving a request for disclosure from the individual or their representative, the Company will respond without delay, except in the following cases:

• Where there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper execution of the Company's business

When We Receive Personal-Related Information from Third Parties and Combine It with Personal Information

There is no personal information used in combination with personal-related information received from third parties.

Provision to and Outsourcing of Handling by Third Parties Outside Japan

1. When the Company provides personal information to or outsources the handling of personal information to a third party located outside Japan (excluding those in the UK or EEA member states; "Foreign Third Parties"), the Company will, upon providing such information, make available to the individual information about the personal-information protection system in the relevant foreign country, the measures taken by that third party, and any other information helpful to the individual. If such information cannot be identified, the Company will explain the reason.

2. The Company confirms that Foreign Third Parties to which we provide or outsource personal information have taken measures in accordance with the eight OECD Privacy Guidelines principles. Where such measures have not been taken, the Company instructs the third party to take appropriate measures.

      c. Documents certifying the representation (family register extract or residence certificate for statutory representatives; power of attorney with seal certificate for representatives by delegation)
3. For notification of purpose of use and disclosure requests: fee 800 JPY (tax incl.) via postal money order.

4. Notes

1. If there are omissions or unclear identification documents, we will return the submitted documents to the address on the request form.
2. There may be cases where we cannot respond due to legal violations, etc.
3. Responses will be sent to the address indicated on the request form, or by electromagnetic means.
4. Submitted request forms and documents will not be returned. They will be destroyed after the necessary retention period, even if the request was for deletion of personal information and we have deleted it accordingly.
