Qzil.la, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") is engaged in the production and producing of anime commercials and in contracted production and producing for anime adaptations, and handles personal information in the course of that business. Recognizing the importance of protecting personal information, the Company establishes a personal information protection management system in order to maintain and administer it. We hereby declare that we pay sufficient attention to the handling of personal information, properly handle the personal information of our customers, business partners, and employees, and are a company that protects personal information. Below, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we publish and explain the purposes of use of personal information and other matters concerning the Company's handling of personal information.
- The Company acquires, uses, and provides personal information within the scope necessary for its business activities. Handling of Specific Personal Information, etc.
Among the personal information handled by the Company, the handling of specific personal information and individual numbers as prescribed in the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures" shall be governed by the separately established "Basic Policy on the Proper Handling of Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information."

Qzil.la, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") handles personal information obtained in connection with its business with the utmost care. We strive to obtain, use, and handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the terms below. For individual services or transactions, the Company shall separately specify the handling of personal information for each service or transaction.
1. Acquisition of Personal Information
- The Company acquires personal information and personal-related information (hereinafter collectively "Personal Information, etc.") in one of the following ways:

When personal-related information, combined with other information, can readily identify a specific individual, the Company treats it as personal information.

Qzil.la, Inc. (the "Company") complies with the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures" (the "My Number Act") and the "Guidelines on the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (Business Operators)", as well as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (the "Personal Information Protection Act") and the guidelines of the various ministries and agencies, with regard to the handling of individual numbers and specific personal information (the "Specific Personal Information, etc.").

When We Receive Personal-Related Information from Third Parties and Combine It with Personal Information
There is no personal information used in combination with personal-related information received from third parties.
Provision to and Outsourcing of Handling by Third Parties Outside Japan
- When the Company provides personal information to or outsources the handling of personal information to a third party located outside Japan (excluding those in the UK or EEA member states; "Foreign Third Parties"), the Company will, upon providing such information, make available to the individual information about the personal-information protection system in the relevant foreign country, the measures taken by that third party, and any other information helpful to the individual. If such information cannot be identified, the Company will explain the reason.

4. Notes
- If there are omissions or unclear identification documents, we will return the submitted documents to the address on the request form.
- There may be cases where we cannot respond due to legal violations, etc.
- Responses will be sent to the address indicated on the request form, or by electromagnetic means.
- Submitted request forms and documents will not be returned. They will be destroyed after the necessary retention period, even if the request was for deletion of personal information and we have deleted it accordingly.
